I offer one-on-one sessions either virtually or in-person in my Yarmouth, Maine office. I offer these sessions for individuals and couples, whichever feels best for you.
In the first session, we will discuss where you are in this journey and your biggest struggles.
You will learn to connect with your body in a nurturing, supportive and caring way to support yourself and build your resilience through this challenging time.
I use the following Chinese and Western medicine techniques:
“My boyfriend and I had been trying to get pregnant for almost 2 years. I definitely felt like I was at the end of my rope but I wasn’t quite ready to turn to treatments like IUI or IVF yet. I’ve always felt strongly about trying to heal my body as holistically as possible.
So I had been trying to balance my hormones and take care of myself with regular exercise, a healthy diet, meditation, fertility teas, tracking my cycle and learning everything I could about my body.
I started having weekly Zoom calls where Jessica would teach me different points on my body and techniques I could use on myself at home to realign my body and help with my anxiety. We also did a lot of breath work which I absolutely loved. Every week we worked on breathing techniques and things I could include in my daily practice, which I did!
Having someone guiding me made me more likely to do it on my own.
Working with Jessica was a breath of fresh air in a time in my life when I felt suffocated by my infertility and just completely lost. She held space for me and was there for me. I really enjoyed my time working with Jessica and actually about 5-6 weeks into our zoom calls I actually found out that I was pregnant!!! I wholeheartedly believe that my balance of everything in my life and the calls and exercises I was doing with Jessica helped me achieve that!

Private sessions allow us to discover which techniques and practices are most effective and valuable for you.
In these sessions, I will work with you and your partner to discover what will bring you the most rapid relief.
Also, the more interested you are in a particular technique or practice, the more likely you will do it independently.
And the more you do them, the more effective they are! We will build your personal infertility survival toolkit based on your preferences and what works best for you.
These sessions are wonderful to do either by yourself or with your partner.
Do what feels best for you right now. However, the effect of these practices is magnified when done with your partner.
They can also help the two of you stay connected and communicate more easily and effectively. This is a huge benefit when struggling with infertility.
